All of our pottery is dishwasher safe, lower temperature wash and liquid detergent is recommended to maintain appearance.

What is crazing?

Crazing is characterised by small cracks in the glaze of the pottery.

I bought a Villa Bologna Pottery piece that has crazing on it, what can I do?

If the product has been bought within the past year and is showing signs of crazing please contact us. We will need photos and the proof of purchase and we may ask for the time to be sent back to us. We will replace the item free of charge.

How do I care for my glassware?

We recommend a gentle handwash for all glassware items.

How do I care for my tablecloths and linen?

We advise all linens should be machine washed on a cold cycle, or hand washed and left to air dry. Do not dry clean. Iron on the reverse if necessary.
