A pre order item is any item that is purchased upfront, but shipped at a later date. The expected dispatch date is displayed on the product page, at the checkout, and on your order confirmation. Any updates to this expected dispatch date will be communicated via email, to the email address you have used to place your order.

By default, we will ship your entire order as soon as this item becomes available. However, if you need the remaining items for a specific date before your pre-order date, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can arrange to ship these items ahead of time for you.
